What is Energy Work?
Energy work is a holistic and intuitive practice that supports balance and well-being by addressing the energetic and spiritual body. This is a hands-free practice, utilizing techniques such as energy channeling, intuitive guidance, sound, and sacred tools to help release stagnation and support alignment. No physical contact is intended or required. On rare occasions, with your clear and expressed consent, the practitioner may hold your hand solely for the purpose of obtaining an intuitive reading. This is a spiritual consultation and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. These sessions do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. For physical or mental health concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Guidance for a meaningful session
- Set a Heartfelt Intention
Take a quiet moment before your session to tune in. What are you ready to release? What do you hope to receive? A clear, sincere intention helps align your energy and invites deeper healing on all levels—body, mind, and spirit.
- Come with Openness and Trust
Let go of any need to “figure it out.” Energy healing works beyond the thinking mind. Trust that your body, spirit, and the healing energy will guide the process in ways that serve your highest good.
- Dress for Comfort
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that helps you feel grounded and at ease. When your physical body feels safe and supported, it becomes easier to relax and receive.
- Hydrate
Water supports energetic flow and emotional release. Drink water before and after your session, and invite it to carry away anything that no longer serves you.
- Allow Space for Integration
After the session, give yourself time to simply be. You may feel peaceful, emotional, energized, or tender. All are valid. Honor your experience by resting, journaling, or spending quiet time in nature.
- Notice the Subtle Shifts
Healing doesn’t always come with fireworks. It may arrive as a lightness in the chest, a softened thought, a deeper breath, or a moment of clarity. Stay present to what unfolds in the days to follow.
- Share What Arises
If something comes up during the session—an emotion, a sensation, an image—feel free to share it. Your practitioner holds sacred space for your experience and may help you interpret or integrate what you’re feeling.

I’m Nicole Lauren, founder of Aleeyan Healing Arcana — a Certified Reiki Master, heart-led healer, intuitive channel, and guardian of sacred light.
My path has always been touched by wonder — a truth I embraced more fully through my own healing journey. From an early age, I felt a quiet yet persistent calling to help others heal. I vividly remember being six years old and asking, “Can I help you heal?” That innate knowing became my foundation.
I’ve walked through much of life as though it were a constant dark season — always sensing a quiet ache beneath the surface. It wasn’t until I began to feel something within me was misaligned, though I couldn’t yet understand what it was, that the shift began. In that space of searching, I found Reiki, and from there, it became the doorway through which I began to remember my light.
Light, I discovered, was never truly lost — only waiting to be remembered.
Here, you are invited to step onto your own enchanted path — to rediscover your essence, the part of you that has always been within, waiting to be seen and remembered.
My sessions are more than energy work. They are soul sanctuaries — warm, safe, and deeply held spaces where your emotions are honored, your essence is felt, and your inner wisdom begins to rise.

While I do not label my work as Reiki due to Florida’s licensing laws, my offerings are rooted in integrity, spiritual connection, and loving presence.
