Energy Consent & Release Form 

For Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions with Nicole Lauren

This Energy Consent & Release Form (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for your participation in a spiritual energy work consultation with Nicole Lauren (the “Practitioner”). By entering your email address booking your session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Acknowledgement of Energy Work Practice

The Client acknowledges that the Practitioner provides spiritual energy work as a holistic and intuitive practice designed to promote balance and well-being through techniques such as energy channeling, intuitive guidance, sound therapy, and sacred tools. This session is hands-free and does not involve physical contact unless the Client explicitly consents to handholding for intuitive readings.

The Client understands and agrees that:

• Energy work is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care
• The session will not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
• The session is voluntary and focused on spiritual and energetic practices only.

2. Risk & Client Responsibility

The Client understands that:

• Energy work is an intuitive practice, and results may vary.
• While the Practitioner will use their best abilities, no specific results are guaranteed.
• The Client is responsible for their own well-being during and after the session.

The Client agrees to the following:

• They will seek appropriate medical or psychological care from licensed professionals for any health concerns.
• They release and hold harmless the Practitioner from any liability for physical, emotional, or spiritual effects resulting from the session.

3. Confidentiality & Boundaries 

• Any information shared during the session, whether personal, intuitive, or energetic, will remain confidential, except where required by law.
• The Practitioner will respect the Client’s boundaries at all times and will not engage in physical contact without the Client’s explicit consent.
• The Client will remain fully clothed throughout the session, as the Practitioner does not provide massage or bodywork services.

4. Zero Tolerance Policy
The Client agrees to maintain respectful behavior during the session. Any sexual, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund provided. The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse future services if such behavior occurs.

5. Voluntary Participation & Release of Liability

By booking this session, the Client:

• Acknowledges that participation in the session is voluntary.
• Consents to the Practitioner’s methods and practices, including any handholding for intuitive readings if applicable.
• Agrees to take full responsibility for their own health and well-being before, during, and after the session
• Releases the Practitioner from any liability for any physical, emotional, or spiritual effects resulting from the session.
  

6. Full Agreement 

By entering your email address and booking your session, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Energy Consent & Release Form. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, and by proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
